Aloo Gobi ( Potatoes and Cauliflower ) - Mirchi Desi Recipes

Ginger: 2 inches
Green peas: 1 cup
Cut cauliflower into florets. Wash the florets. Chop onions. Chop ginger. Chop green chillies. Peel the potatoes. Slice the potatoes. Chop the tomato.
Add 2-3 tsp oil in the pan. Add 2 tsp cumin. Add chopped onions. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped garlic. Add chopped ginger. Add chopped green chillies. Add chopped tomatoes. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add salt to taste. Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder. Put the lid on and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add green peas, add sliced potatoes. Add cauliflower florets. Mix well. Put the lid on and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Add chopped coriander. Serve with yoghurt and plain paratha.
