When we moved to New York many years ago, we took the pain and effort to go shopping for the ingredients required to cook our favorite Indian dishes at home. Just like many of our customers today, we loved the food but not shopping for it. So we decided to do something about it!
We started Fretch - an online store for desi groceries, to simplify the shopping and delivery of food items and essentials that make our everyday meals more heartwarming and special.
What started from the back of my car, has now become Mirchi after 5 years, serving over 10K happy customers from all over New York City, belonging to Indian, Pakistani, & Bangladeshi ethnic background.
